Yang Zexiang: "I think my form has been pretty good. We just went through the league and AFC Champions League, and the travel can be tiring. But mentally, I feel great. I will adjust my form to the best and keep a calm mindset, giving the fans a better spirit. We will start the training camp first to adapt to the weather in West Asia, so that we can better handle the game against Bahrain."

"Bahrain plays with a lot of physicality and a little bit of cunning. They also like to complain to the referees, so we need to adapt on the pitch. I missed the previous game due to injury, but watching it on TV, I felt excited. It gave us a lot of hope. After all, there are still six games left, and we will fight in each game. There will always be opportunities."

The Chinese national team will face Bahrain away on the 14th of this month, and Japan at home on the 19th.
